*Small tasks are those that take our website support team members 30 minutes or less to complete. These tasks often involve content updates, WordPress plugin research and setup, WordPress theme or CSS stylesheet changes, embedding 3rd party scripts into existing web pages, web server or DNS changes, configuring feedback or contact forms, general WordPress questions and assistance, etc.
**Strategy sessions are upon request and can last up to one hour. These sessions will be handled by phone, Skype or Google Hangout. Sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance and unused sessions do not roll over from month to month.
***Guaranteed Response Time is during business hours only: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. During these times, we often respond to support requests within 2 hours or less.
